Users trying to pay via RingGo today maybe experiencing problems.
If you are not able to pay by calling the RingGo number you may find the RingGo smart app or website www.myRingGo.com is operating.
RingGo have advised they are investigating this matter as a priority but some services are still intermittent.
If you are unable to pay by RingGo please use the ticket machines located at each car park to pay for your parking.

Some users contacting the automated telephone service for RingGo may experiences problems today:
We have been advised by RingGo; due to issues with their telephone lines some users calling the RingGo automated telephone line will be unable to connect on their initial call.
They advise that if attempting further you will eventually get through; or if preferred other payment channels are available.
Padstow Town Council car parks (Railway car park located at the bottom of Station Road & Lawns car park located next to Padstow Library) all have ticket machines that accept coin payments or you can use RingGo.
The RingGo Smartphone apps are fully operational and can be downloaded from the respective platforms app stores. Customers can also pay for their parking via www.myRingGo.com
