Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) Project Updates

Padstow Town Council are delighted that works to re-develop the old tennis courts at Lawns into a brand new Multi-Use-Games-Area are complete.   This fantastic new facility for playing football, basketball and tennis was opened to the public on 1 June 2023 – just in time for a spell of incredible warm weather!
The space is open 24/7 and is available to turn up and play.  There is no booking required but we do ask that you please think of others and share the space.  You will need to take your own football, basketball, tennis balls and rackets.  This is an unsupervised facility; we recommend young children are supervised by a responsible adult.
Please respect this shared space by NOT brining bikes, scooters, skateboards or equipment for other sports into the MUGA.  The MUGA has an artificial surface so please wear appropriate footwear – no studs or blades.
Please read the signage on site, it’s there for your safety and to ensure that the site can be enjoyed by all.   You can report any issues with the MUGA or the equipment to the Council Offices here.
