The previous website news item dated 18 September 2026 advised that from 5 October 2026 works will commence on the new bus stop location in Railway Car Park and are expected to last approximately three weeks.
Works to remove the original bus stop are confirmed as follows:
- Works to begin removal week commencing 2 November 2026. These are expected to last two weeks.
- During the removal works, the new bus stop location (originally staff parking area at Station House) will be in use.
Throughout all of the above works, the Railway Car Park will remain open and disruption will be kept to a minimum.
