Services
Padstow Town Council provides a range of local services to support the daily needs and wellbeing of the community. From maintaining public spaces and amenities to overseeing land use requests, play areas, and local events, the Council works to ensure Padstow & the surrounding Ward & villages remains a safe, welcoming, and vibrant place to live.
Community Hub
The Council own and manage the Padstow Community Hub - designed to host a wide range of events and services that support and benefit all our Padstow and Trevone residents.
Grants
The Council has an established community grant scheme to support non-profit community associations, and cultural, educational, sporting or charitable organisations.
Multi-Use-Games-Area (MUGA)
The MUGA is a fantastic facility for playing football, basketball and tennis. The space is available to turn up and play, we do ask that play is during daylight hours only.
Public Conveniences
There are three public conveniences in Padstow - North Quay, Railway and Cory are maintained by Padstow Town Council & these conveniences are free of charge.
Allotments
The Council manages 17 plots at Rope Walk. Because space is limited, there is often a waiting list, and applicants are generally required to prove local residency.
Memorials
The Council recognises that the provision of memorial benches in Padstow Parish provides a useful and valued public amenity to a wide range of people.
Padstow Cemetery
Padstow Cemetery iwas opened in 1881 and still remains open to burials in Earthen Graves and Cremation Plots.
Padstow School
Padstow School is a single form entry school. Their aspiration is for every child to feel that they are part of a vibrant, caring community.
St Petroc’s Churchyard
Administratively, the plots are dealt with by the Town Council. To reserve a plot or arrange a memorial, please complete the relevant form and return it to the Council Offices.
