King’s Coronation Event – 6 May 2023

The Town Council are celebrating the King’s Coronation on Saturday 6 May 2023 with a LIVE screening of the Coronation in Wheal Jubilee Parc.

Join us between 10am and 2pm for free family activities and to watch this historic occasion together.   Food vendors available onsite or bring your own picnic.

Update: 05.05.23 – CANCELLED WHEAL JUBILEE PARC CELEBRATIONS for the King’s Coronation TOMORROW

Unfortunately, due to weather the difficult decision has been made to cancel our plans at Wheal Jubilee Parc this Saturday.
HOWEVER the Social Club will be broadcasting the Coronation between 10am – 2pm indoors where it will be dry(!) AND they have kindly allowed us to move our planned fun activities to them – thank you Padstow Social Club.
Please come along between 10am – 2pm so your children can enjoy FREE circus skills and FREE face painting UPSTAIRS in the Social Club. The children’s fancy dress competition will be judged at 10.30am and the best dress King or Queen will win an prize!
Not the awesome, outdoor, fun day we expected but you can’t manage the weather! Have the best Coronation Bank Holiday Weekend Padstow Parish!
