Padstow Town Council Community Grant Scheme:
Padstow Town Council has an established community grant scheme through which the Council will consider applications from community associations, cultural, educational, sporting and charitable organisations, which are not for profit and will bring benefit to the local community. The scheme provides start up grants to new organisations as well as grants to existing organisations.
In November 2020, in response to the Coronavirus Pandemic, Council set a prudent interim budget for 2021-22 making the difficult decision not to attribute a community grants scheme at that time. Upon review of the interim budget in March 2021, Council’s financial position was positive and as such, budget was allocated for the Community Grant Scheme 2021-22.
Applications for 2021-22 are now invited:
Applications must be received by Monday 5 July 2021 and applications after this date will not be considered. Grants are for the year 1.4.2021 – 31.3.2022, they must be expended by 31.3.2022 and cannot be made retrospectively.
