Padstow Town Council Community Grant Scheme:

Padstow Town Council has an established community grant scheme which aims to encourage and support community associations, and cultural, educational, sporting or charitable organisations, which are not for profit and which will directly benefit the community of Padstow Parish.

Applications 2024-25

The application process for the current year has now CLOSED.   Please do not submit an application, it will not be considered.

Eligible applications received prior to the 8 April deadline will be considered by the Finance and General Purposes Committee at a meeting to be held on Tuesday 16 April 2024 in the Council Chamber, Town Council Offices at 7pm.   The meeting is open to the public, a copy of the meeting agenda is available to view here.   Following the meeting, applicants will be notified in writing of the outcome of their grant request.

Grant Application Timetable

At the Full Council meeting held on 27 February 2024, a revised Community Grant Scheme policy was agreed by Padstow Town Council.   It was also agreed that grant applications will now be considered annually in April.   In a change to the previous process, successful organisations will be able to claim their grant immediately upon being notified of their award, subject to any conditions being met.   As before, grants will not be made retrospectively and will need to be expended by the following 31 March, being Monday 31 March 2025 for the current round of funding.  You can view the Community Grant Scheme Policy in full here.


2023-24 Successful Applicants

Applications for 2023-24 were considered by the Finance and General Purposes Committee on Tuesday 21 February 2023.  A full list of the grants awarded can be viewed by clicking on this link.  Successful applicants are asked to claim their awarded grant by completing the Grant Release Form below.
