Padstow Town Council hereby gives notice that a tender for the construction of a new toilet block, access stairway in the Railway Car Park and enabling works to Station House is to be issued under a formal tender procedure. The works are planned to start in early November 2015 and be completed in March 2016.

All interested Contractors need to formally register their interest in writing to the Responsible Financial Officer of Padstow Town Council by no later than noon on 21st September 2015. The tender documents are due to be issued to the selected Contractors on the 25th September 2015 with a three week tender period and the contractor should be appointed by 28th October 2015.
