PADSTOW TOWN COUNCIL TENDER NOTICE

STATION HOUSE REDEVELOPMENT

Padstow Town Council hereby gives notice that a tender for the redevelopment of Station House, Padstow is to be issued under a formal tender procedure.

The works are planned to start in early November 2016 and be completed by June 2017. All interested contractors need to formally register their interest in writing with references to the Responsible Financial Officer of Padstow Town Council by no later than noon on Friday 12 August 2016.

The tender documents are due to be issued to the selected contractors on the Friday 19 August 2016 with a 6 week tender period and the contractor should be appointed by early October 2016.

All replies to be in writing only to the Responsible Financial Officer, Padstow Town Council, Unit 5B Trecerus Industrial Estate, Padstow, Cornwall, PL28 8RW
