Quotations sought for refurbishment works to Padstow Community Hub

Padstow Town Council is seeking local contractors to submit quotation for refurbishment works to the Padstow Community Hub, Lawns Car Park, Padstow.

Works include:

  • internal alteration to provide two new work/community use areas with associated services.
  • new aluminium windows and doors to whole building; and
  • acoustic improvements to ceilings and walls.

Contract Start Date: To be negotiated with appointed contractor, commencement to be after October 2024 half term and completed before Easter 2025.
