May Tree Works

Following the Councils annual tree inspection some tree works are expected the take place this May.

  • North Quay – cut back vegetation at North Quay so the benches (near the entrance the Stile Field lower path) can see the view over the harbour. These works are scheduled for 7th or 8th May, weather dependant. The contractor will be maintaining access to the area, with suitable qualified team to manage any traffic requirements. Cornwall Council agreed the works under planning application PA25/08619.

 

  • Churchyard – next stage of the 10 year yew tree management plan, along with some other tree works identified in the annual tree inspection. Dates are being scheduled for this month, contactors have working in the area before.  These works were agreed with Church Of England Faculty and Cornwall Council PA24/09243 & PA25/08710
