Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, S.14

The County of Cornwall (Footpath 22 Padstow) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2015

Notice is hereby given that for reasons of public safety owing to an unsafe footpath, Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 9th March 2015 continuing to prohibit the use by all through traffic of the undermentioned length of footpath from 10th March 2015. The continuance of this Order, which was to have expired on 10th September 2015, has been approved by The Secretary of State for Transport. The extension of the Order has been granted until 11th September 2017 (24 hours weekends included)

Footpath 22 between the grid references SW 91262 77501 and SW 91194 77567

Alternative Route

From the south east end of the closure take a westerly direction along Footpath 22 then take a north easterly turning along Footpath 22 towards the north west end of the closure; and vice versa
