Stile Field Completed Works

Oct 29, 2015 | News

Padstow Town Council has been busy with some significat works at Stile Field.  A section had to be dealt with to address a rock slip. Work involved removing shrub to get to the affected area. This then unmasked some granite posts which had been forgotten about. It had been agreed to put back a wooden fence however the plan changed once these were found.  Not only was it possible to reinstate these granite posts but it also opened up the views across the estuary. Undertaking both these projects was possible through the joint working of the Town Council, Shaun Watts of PWH Chartered Surveyors and Michael Vanstone Groundworks.
