Get Active Challenge 2016

Sep 12, 2016 | News

Cornwall Council is running a pre-registration session at Padstow library next Monday (19th September) where they will be giving away free pedometers.

The challenge is taken in teams of 3 people. To beat the Challenge and complete the virtual route around Cornwall you will need to achieve 60 miles’ worth of physical activity between you a week. So if you all complete equal amounts of activity that’s 20 miles per week each, which is the equivalent to five hours of physical activity or 40,000 steps.
