The Regulation 14 Consultation on the Padstow Parish Neighbourhood Plan OPEN
The consultation began on 8 February 2021 but there is still plenty of time to comment before it closes at midnight on 18 April 2021.
The Padstow Parish Neighbourhood Plan (the Plan) has been created through listening to the views of residents and businesses. The Plan will provide a means of guiding, promoting, and enabling sustainable development within the Parish whilst protecting its unique natural and historic environment.
Padstow Town Council invites comments on the draft Plan and all responses received will be considered by the Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group and the Town Council to produce a revised version of the Plan which will then be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for examination by an independent examiner.

When Tesco applied for planning permission it was pointed out that the bustling retail outlets in town would not be able to compete. This has come to pass so we no longer have butchers, greengrocers, wool shops, newsagents, electrical retailers etc etc. I suppose it’s called progress. Thank goodness for Spar.
