Sep 13, 2021 | News

Twice a year there’s an opportunity for you to share your views on the rubbish, recycling, beach and street cleansing services provided by Cornwall Council’s contractor Biffa.

You can take the survey online by clicking here. Your answers will be anonymous and your feedback will help Cornwall Council and Biffa understand where services are working well and where to focus for continuous improvement.

Anyone who can’t take the survey online can get a paper copy by ringing 0300 1234 141

The survey runs until 30 September.
