The Community Gateway – Open 7 days a week, from 8am until 8pm, it offers a simple point of access into community support. It can connect to the Warm Banks network, community hubs, offer support on hospital discharge, help people navigate to the right place at the right time, and is a safe space for conversation.  Although hosted by Age UK Cornwall, the Gateway offers the skills and experience of an inclusive range of charities and organisations.
