At the Annual Council Meeting last night, Councillor James O’Keefe was elected Chairman of Padstow Town Council and Town Mayor for a second year. Councillor O’Keefe will be supported by Councillor Richard Higman who was re-elected as Vice-Chairman and Deputy Town Mayor. Congratulations and thank you to them both.
