***Attention**** Trevone Cliff Erosion

Oct 10, 2025 | News

The Town Council has been monitoring cliffs at Trevone and noticed an area of concern.  As per our signage in the area please be aware of unstable cliffs and falling rocks.

To address the hazard scaling works have been scheduled for Monday 13 October 2025.  The Contractor will make the cliff safe by removing the hazardous area, as well as checking along the section.

The contractor will put in place safety exclusion zones as necessary.  Cornwall Council have been fully advised and informed.  The hazardous area is to the left of the beach as you look towards the sea.  This area is not accessible to the public from above being beyond the stone boundary wall on Trevone Green.

There are serval permanent warning signs about unstable cliffs along this stretch and this just shows the importance of reading and adhering to this advice.
