THE PADSTOW TOWN COUNCIL (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2021

NOTICE OF VARIATION (NO. 1) 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that PADSTOW TOWN COUNCIL, in exercise of its powers under Sections 35C and 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and in accordance with Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996, intends to vary the charges for Off-Street Parking Places as shown below:

 

 

 

 

 

 

These changes will come into effect on 1 April 2025. This notice of variation refers to parking charges. In all other respects the provisions of the Padstow Town Council (Off street) Parking Places Order 2021 will remain in full force and effect.
